Storytime

The other day Lily was upset, and I offered to tell her a story to calm her down. She gladly agreed to that, so I made up a story about a girl named Princess Lily. Man, that was a HIT. Now I am constantly being prompted for more stories about Princess Lily, whose world has really grown. Princess Lily goes to princess school with her friends, who are all other princesses and are all named after flowers. Every story has a moral. (Examples: Princess Iris was sad because she was new and didn't have any friends yet, so Princess Lily offered to be her friend and show her around because it is important to be kind to others. Princess Rose was sad because someone hit her, so Princess Lily had to comfort her with a hug and remind everyone that it is not ok to hit.) It's funny to me how much Lily loves these stories. She is bananas for them.
